Please note that, beginning in 2009, only students whose permanent residence is a New England state (CT, MA, ME, NH, RI or VT) may apply for the scholarship. This is a change from the past, when students from mid-Atlantic states could also apply. Applications from students who live in states outside New England will be returned. Recipients may attend college anywhere in the United States.
