Find the cost of attendance for your college on this list. If your college is not listed here, or if you disagree with our cost, please attach documentation for your costs and complete either choice 2 or 3 on the New Application page 7.

Here is a sample Student Aid Report (SAR) so that you can see the format we are requesting. You can download and print the SAR from the FAFSA website if you have filed on-line. Please send all of the pages as shown on this sample.
